Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and drive-thru customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
