Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 99% accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve complex account inquiries and customer escalations
- Balance cash drawer and maintain compliance with audit procedures
- Train and mentor junior teller staff
- Operate digital banking platforms and ATM systems
- Participate in branch promotional campaigns and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking or cash handling experience
- Proven customer service excellence with measurable results
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification desirable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
