Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior level of customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding account balances and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products to meet customer needs.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous banking or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
