Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Assist with the daily opening and closing of the branch, including vault procedures and cash balancing.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our range of financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or financial setting is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform basic math calculations with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
