Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments
- Generate tax forms (W-2, 1099) and ensure compliance with IRS/FLSA regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage employee time-off requests and PTO accruals
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, TWC, and IRS regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- PHR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proven track record of zero audit findings
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality standards
