Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial guidance to clients regarding products and services
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies efficiently while maintaining security protocols
- Actively cross-sell banking products to meet client needs and branch goals
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to compliance regulations
- Support branch operations through cash management and ATM maintenance

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
