Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional financial guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain strict adherence to banking compliance protocols and security measures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly performance targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and TIPS certification
- Previous banking experience highly valued
