Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their banking experience.
- Open new accounts and explain banking products and services to prospective clients.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use banking software.
