Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures when necessary.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations (BSA/AML).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous banking experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
