Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Exceed customer expectations through personalized service and problem-solving
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, credit cards) based on client needs
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily audits
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations
- Support branch operations through document processing and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
