Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions within established procedures
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, banking software)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
- Must pass background check and credit review
