- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Oklahoma State Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
