Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service through consultative conversations and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and safe deposits
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
