Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure strict accuracy.
- Assist customers with account openings and explain bank products and services clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all banking security and compliance protocols.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in retail customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
