Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and perform daily balancing with strict adherence to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification for compliance
- Process night depository and ATM transactions while maintaining audit trails
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products based on customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in banking, retail, or customer service
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to resolve customer concerns
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, etc.)
- Must pass background check and credit check
