Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure operational integrity
- Actively contribute to branch goals through cross-selling and exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive branch atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a financial services or retail environment
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting sales and service targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
