Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA/AML)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve service goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
