Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate balancing at the end of each shift.
- Introduce and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with bank regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
