Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Identify and report suspicious activities to prevent fraud
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Friendly, professional demeanor with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and credit check
