Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations (BSA/AML).
- Assist customers with account applications, forms, and digital banking setup.
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
