Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries efficiently.
- Cash checks accurately and manage cash drawer reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Assist customers with account opening and basic banking products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and background check clearance.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
