Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service while identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Maintain strict cash drawer accountability and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance protocols including BSA/AML procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to support community outreach initiatives
- Train on new banking technologies and process updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error transaction history
- Must pass background check and credit review
