Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and guiding clients through banking products.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring strict compliance with all security and safety regulations.
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products to meet customer needs and branch targets.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer flow.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in a retail or banking environment is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Familiarity with bank operating software and basic computer proficiency (Windows/Office Suite).
- Must pass a background check and credit check (where applicable).
