- Assist customers with account inquiries and cross-sell basic banking products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or security concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
