Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budgets to monitor company performance against targets.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify process improvements and recommend strategies to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable.
