Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Cash checks and handle currency with the highest level of security and accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation and lobby.
- Assist in balancing the daily cash drawer and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
