Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering account inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch targets.
- Assist customers with account maintenance, loan applications, and safe deposit box access.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily reports.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to count cash accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
