Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Actively cross-suggest banking products based on customer needs
- Contribute to branch goals through referral tracking and service metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Fraud prevention and regulatory compliance knowledge
