Your Role
As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle daily transactions, answer inquiries, and help customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify customer identification in strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about accounts, products, and services.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
- Balance the teller drawer daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
