- Process daily deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy.
- Cash checks and handle currency transactions while adhering to strict security protocols.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complex account issues with a focus on total satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining branch inventory and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Refer customers to appropriate financial consultants to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance preferred.
- Previous cash handling, retail, or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and pre-employment screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
