Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance
- Process night depository and ATM balancing
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community outreach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Reg CC, BSA)
