Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business goals
- Maintain confidential customer records and uphold security standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain financial concepts
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for branch travel)
