Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information regarding products and services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balances using bank software.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank operating systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as required by the position.
