Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using problem-solving techniques and empathy
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions within established timeframes
- Participate in branch promotions and community outreach initiatives
- Train on new banking technologies and digital service platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and compliance standards
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean background check
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
