Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Build trust through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Maintain strict cash handling protocols and ATM replenishment duties
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using multi-channel support (in-person/phone)
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Uphold regulatory compliance (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Train on digital banking tools to enhance customer self-service capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail/financial services
- Proven ability to balance cash drawer discrepancies under $5
- Excellent verbal communication with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong problem-solving skills for transaction disputes
- Availability for weekends and holidays (rotating schedule)
- Valid Washington State Notary Public commission preferred
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 6 exam within 90 days
