Responsibilities
- Process accurate customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Ability to maintain composure during high-volume transactions
- Maryland Banking License (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
