Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise records of daily transactions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols to protect customer assets and sensitive information
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic arithmetic and transaction processing software

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Tennessee banking license required (will provide training)
