Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and cash drawer reconciliation
- Adhere to bank security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
