Responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (credit cards, loans, investments)
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch manager
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transaction reports
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Support branch operations through lobby management and service scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- TN Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
