- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies efficiently while maintaining compliance protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions following strict audit procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals

Qualifications
