Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Resolve account inquiries and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through efficient documentation filing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
