Responsibilities
- Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build trust by educating customers on digital banking tools, account options, and financial wellness
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention measures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive branch atmosphere
- Collaborate with commercial and wealth teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle cash accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with active listening proficiency
- Basic proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Nebraska banking license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
