Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, recommending products, and building client relationships
- Balance cash drawers, verify deposits, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance (BSA, AML, KYC)
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, credit cards, loans)
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Participate in branch operations and team training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
