Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the organization.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Variance Analysis: Perform rigorous variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed reporting packages for the finance leadership team.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP and internal regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling tools.
- Software: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
