Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and explaining banking products.
- Operate the teller terminal and handle cash drawers with strict accountability.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the lobby and teller line are organized and welcoming.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
