Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives and capital projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
- Present financial findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, PivotTables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
