Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of long-term financial forecasts and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
