Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and budget forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term strategic financial plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major business initiatives and capital projects.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
