Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate financial products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Actively participate in branch sales initiatives and cross-training programs
- Assist with ATM maintenance and lobby services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML) preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
