Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products like savings accounts and credit cards
- Strictly adhere to regulatory compliance (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily cash balancing
- Train new tellers on branch procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- California Notary Public certification preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Cantonese required
- Pass background check and credit check
